  The Manhattan Declaration is founded upon excellent research.  Some 10,000 professional studies clearly demonstrate that children fare far better in every dimension of life when raised by their mother and father: they have higher grades; less involvement in gangs, drugs, alcohol, and other crimes; better relationships; and overall far better psychological functioning.  Same sex marriage and parenting completely rejects the value and necessity, conversely, of either a mother or a father.
  
  While there are some exceptions, same sex "marriage" is largely a misnomer.   A telling study, conducted by a psychologist and psychiatrist who themselves are a male homosexual couple, researched the lifestyles of over 100 male couples who had been committed to one another for over three years.  They discovered that of these more than 100 couples, none had remained monogamous with their partner.  Activists who successfully established the legalization of same sex marriage in Scandinavia now freely admit that their real objective was to have a sociological basis from which to enforce the cultural acceptance of the legitimacy of same-sex lifestyles. Both same sex marriage and the quest for abortion rights are the (destructive) descendants of the (failed and disastrous) sexual revolution.  When "what I want" chronically trumps what is in the best interests of our children (born and unborn), society is in great danger.

  We share the same Christian values. We must all come forward and stand up for our moral, Christian Judeo beliefs and values. The longer we sit back and wait for someone else to speak for us, the quicker it will be taken away.
